The Cincinnati Open 2025 is shaping up to be more than just a tennis tournament—it's becoming a fully immersive fan experience. Following a $260 million transformation of the Lindner Family Tennis Center, the event is blending elite tennis with festival energy, creating a destination that offers something for everyone. From August 5 to 18, fans in Mason, Ohio will experience a revitalized campus that puts comfort, convenience, and engagement at the heart of every match day.

“The Cincinnati Open is about more than tennis – it's about creating moments, memories and experiences to last a lifetime,”

Tournament Director Bob Moran.

This year’s tournament introduces an expanded layout designed to improve foot traffic flow and create distinct gathering zones. Fans can expect more shaded areas, misting stations, water refill points, and charging stations throughout the venue—elements designed to keep fans cool, hydrated, and connected throughout long days of high-level competition.

A Tournament That Lives Beyond the Court

Four new fan zones cater to different interests. The Pavilion serves as a social lounge, with Adirondack chairs, a 28-foot video screen, and partner activations. Autograph sessions and sponsor lounges make this a premium chill-out area. For music and live entertainment, the Kroger Fan Zone is the heartbeat of the grounds, featuring Q&As with players, live bands, and a Ketel One cocktail bar.

The Commons is a culinary corridor and entertainment plaza, complete with chef demonstrations, shaded seating, and a special concert from the Bryan Brothers Band on August 10. Meanwhile, younger fans can explore the Prasco Kids Zone, where mini courts, serve-speed contests, and interactive games bring tennis to life in a playful, accessible way.

Serving Up a Culinary Grand Slam

Food and beverage options have received a serious upgrade. Executive Chef Andrew Alcid has curated a diverse lineup that blends iconic Cincinnati flavors with fresh culinary ideas. Newcomers like Jeff Ruby’s, Lobsta Bakes of Maine, and Bibibop join returning favorites Skyline Chili and Graeter’s Ice Cream. Kroger’s Match Point Markets offer self-checkout convenience and exclusive treats, such as the Match Point Macaron ice cream sandwich.

Bars are placed strategically across the campus—from the Agave Bar serving Ace Palomas, to stylish locations like The Oasis, Top Deck, and Legends Bar. Whether you're in the mood for La Crema wine or a Red Bull mixer, the beverage scene is designed to match the tournament's elevated vibe.

Entertainment, Media, and Interactivity

Between matches, fans can enjoy live performances, culinary showcases, and podcast tapings at stages located throughout the grounds. For those interested in media and broadcasting, the new fan-facing Tennis Channel studio inside the Performance Center allows visitors to watch live coverage and player interviews unfold in real time.

Interactive entertainment also gets a spotlight with a new gaming lounge. Featuring consoles like PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch, the space invites fans to test their skills on titles such as Mario Tennis and Rocket League—perfect for kids and gaming enthusiasts alike.

Fan Engagement and Lasting Memories

Photo ops and merchandise opportunities are everywhere. Whether you're posing in the Gillette Venus photo bus or shopping for gear at the expanded Cincinnati Open Shop, there’s no shortage of ways to take a piece of the experience home. Premium brands like Wilson and KREWE also make appearances through curated on-site pop-ups.

At its core, the Cincinnati Open remains a celebration of tennis. This year’s revamped practice courts bring fans even closer to their favorite players, while live draw ceremonies and junior/adaptive tennis programming reinforce the tournament’s inclusive and community-oriented approach.
